INCREASE OF LABOR PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE ACCOUNT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract
In the article the essence of emotional intelligence, human emotions and their influence on professional activity are revealed. The state of employees’ emotions and their interrelation with productivity of labor on an example of the enterprise is analyzed. An estimation of the emotional intelligence of workers in a modern company is also made, and recommendations for improving the emotional state and productivity increase are substantiated.
