INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF USING THE RESOURCE POTENTIAL TO STABILIZE THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

Abstract
The structure of the organizational and economic mechanism of transformation of social infrastructure in the system of social space of the region is presented. The mechanism of improving the use of social infrastructure is a set of targeted actions that ensure the achievement and improvement of the relationship between its elements as a whole, consisting of relatively separate processes of use, reproduction of its constituent elements in order to implement a program to meet the needs of social production and population in services and achieving an appropriate level of development while preserving the resource potential of the region. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of using the resource potential to stabilize the infrastructure provision of the socio-economic development of the region involves the concerted activity of state authorities and local self-government bodies and individual entities on the basis of developing a system of measures that should be based on the organizational, economic and legal management mechanism.
