INCREASING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE OF PARTICIPANTS FOR THE ACCOUNT OF IMPLEMENTING A SPEED MOTION AT THE RAILWAY DIRECTION

Abstract
In article questions of improvement of quality of service of passengers due to introduction of the high-speed movement on the railway direction Konstantinovka - Odessa are considered. Options of rationalization of travel time of passenger trains are offered. Technical and economic expediency of introduction of the high-speed movement on the highway Konstantinovka - Odessa is defined. Development of high-speed and high-speed passenger traffic is one of the most important ways of development of the market of passenger traffic. It is predetermined, first, by need of removal of passenger railway communications on essentially new qualitative level which provides growth of mobility of the population, and, secondly, with need of attraction of additional passenger traffics which provides increase in profits on implementation of transportations. For today high-speed railway transport during the organization of mass transportations of passengers surely occupies a transport niche in the range of distances up to 800 km, providing the smallest duration of stay of passengers on the way, that is the largest speed of a trip of passengers at the highest standards of safety, comfort and profitability.
