Abstract
In the article scientific approach according to which indexation indices should be carried out on substantive grounds, regardless of input or other documents so that it was possible for them and look for indicators and define relationships between them one way or another key feature is proven. It is proved that the designated coding system of technical and economic indicators, as the experience of economic and functional analytical calculations generally meets the requirements of multidimensional hierarchical classification parameters, allowing enough content to set existing semantic connections between them, etc.
