INDIVIDUAL ASPECTS OF COMPUTERIZATION IN COMMERCIAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
Updates the need to study individual aspects of computerization of commercial proceedings as an integral element of the effectiveness of judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals, legal entities and the state. Factors influencing the dynamics of computerization in the commercial and procedural sphere are identified: globalization legal systems, computerization of the sphere of management, financial support and public request for simplification of access to the judicial system. A narrow and broad approach to the definition of "Electronic Court" is considered. Materials are presented regarding the registration and use of the "Electronic Court" system through the official website of the Judicial Authority. The concept of the "Electronic Court" system is proposed taking into account the procedural realities. The advantages and disadvantages of introducing such a system into national justice are considered in the framework of judicial reform, both objective and subjective.
