A census sampling method was employed due to the relatively small population size. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively. The analysis included descriptive statistics such as frequency distributions, means, and standard deviations. The study findings were presented using tables and figures for clarity and easy interpretation. The study concluded that integrating electronic payment into Uasin Gishu County’s e-procurement framework enhances efficiency by speeding up transactions and reducing manual effort and electronic sourcing strengthens supplier engagement, ensures clear communication of requirements, and enables effective performance tracking. The study recommended that adopting electronic invoicing accelerated payments, reduce errors, and improve accuracy.
