INFLUENCE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN REGIONAL INTER-ORGANISATIONAL NETWORKS ON INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Bigger potential of intellectual capital is generated by regional inter-organizational networks, the higher level of maturity they are marked with. Network maturity is understood as the level of harmony of all types of network structure relations, namely organisational, cognitive and social ones. What is of fundamental significance in the creation and implementation of knowledge management in the region is intellectual capital, which emerges mainly as a result of the activity and development of inter-organisational relations, but the higher level of intellectual capital is generated by the networks of inter-organizational relations.The speed of development in the regional organisations influences the potential of building positive social capital as a condition for innovative knowledge management development structures.
