Influence quality and impact lifetime on human potential in Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of the article is the theoretical foundations of human development and quality of life, refine and organize their constituents. The aim of the article is to illumination the impact quality and duration of life for human development in Ukraine by using of human development index and quality of life index. Methodology work of this article is general scientific methods of cognition, generalization, method of comparative analysis, statistical and other methods of research. Results of research. An structural components of the human potential. In theory, defined human development indicators, analyzes their numerical values in Ukraine and leading countries. Considered the definition of «quality of life» and presented general characteristics of indices of quality of life of individual countries. Done summary of placement Ukraine and some countries in the ranking of life expectancy. Scope of results of research. The results of the research can be applied in practical economic activities. Conclusions. The state should recognize the human development priorities improving the quality and accessibility of education, health promotion, improvement the living standards of all citizens. One of the goals is the preservation and development of human potential in old age. As a result of this needed to develop in Ukraine effective economic system taking into account the demographic processes in general. In modern conditions this line of action can be realize in one of the national projects whose aim – saving potential of Ukrainian throughout the life cycle.
