INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT OF STUDYING PROCESS OF RECORDS INFORMATION MANAGERS IN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of information environment. The given characteristic of the information training environment of universities is enabled to define functions, properties, principles, issues and trends of the information environment of studying process of technical universities. It is considered using the modern means of information and communication technologies in the information training environment. It is highlighted the examples of practical implementation of information environment in studying process of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.
