INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION CULTURE OF THE INDIVIDUAL

Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the basic concepts in the field of computerization of education related to the information and educational environment. The influence of the environment on human formation is considered, special attention is paid to the levels of influence and significance of the environment for the formation of personality. The information-educational environment of its features, properties and functions is analyzed. The concept of the information culture of the individual is considered. Information and “informatization” characteristics of the information and educational environment as a factor in the formation of the personal information culture are presented.
