INFORMATION AS OBJECT OF LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS IN THE EPOCH OF BIG DATA

Abstract
The article is devoted to legal aspects of information, as object of legal relationships in the epoch of Big Data. In the article, specific arrays of information are considered as complex objects of legal relations and legal aspects of working with specific types of information are highlighted. Recommendations are given regarding contractual provisions in agreements with Big data arrays.
