Information providing for provision of administrative services in the migration sector

Abstract
In this research paper, the information supply of the process of providing administrative services in the field of migration is studied. The necessity of the study of administrative reform in Ukraine was substantiated, which has in recent years been at the stage of active development and achieved considerable success. At the same time, the important point is the constant revision of the conditions and features of the procedure for the provision of administrative services in order to improve it. It was found that despite the large number of scientific publications and research on this issue, the issue of information provision process of providing administrative services in the field of migration remains open and requires special attention from the standpoint of importance and currency of information on migration issues. Information provision and support of the process of providing administrative services is a prerequisite for a general optimization of the system of interaction between government and society, which is one of the priorities of the administrative reform in Ukraine. The content of the information provision of the process of providing administrative services is revealed, under which the author suggests to understand the totality of operations on accumulation, exchange, processing, provision and use of information and information resources and products in order to meet the needs of the subjects of circulation in high-quality administrative services. It was stated that the introduction of the principles of e-governance in the state regulatory policy allows making state administrative services available and transparent, that is, reducing their corrupt component, which is effectively achieved through the introduction of electronic services. The main components and components of the information support are identified, the issues that need to be improved, as well as the ways of modernizing the process of providing administrative services in the field of migration are outlined. It was emphasized that the deployment of a full-scale campaign on the introduction of IT in the sphere of public administration is associated with the emergence of not only additional advantages, but also certain threats and risks. It was noted that during the last two years the State Migration Service introduced a significant number of electronic applications in receiving services, in particular, “electronic queue”, verification of documents via the base of “invalid documents”, the possibility to find out the state of readiness of the passport, etc. It is concluded that information support to ensure the provision of administrative services is important, effective and necessary tool that can optimize and establish a procedure for interaction between government and society, and requires constant monitoring, updates and modernization for the development of information society in Ukraine based on the principles of transparency and openness.
