Information providing quality diagnostics of organizational structures of management

Abstract
Introduction. The article deals with the development of the information sector as an object of strategic planning of economic development, a source of investment analytics and macroeconomic indicators of the investment sector in Ukraine. Purpose. The necessity of diagnosing the quality of organizational structures as a priority direction of strengthening of competitive advantages, the main sources of information for diagnostics in the enterprise management system with the aim of finding the best investment projects, development of venture business, and ways of eliminating the problems of information provision of quality diagnostics is determined. Results. The necessity of diagnostics is due to the need for continuous formation of information flows aimed at making managerial decisions in an uncertain environment, the definition of a competitive development strategy, the study of the effectiveness of the reporting of information as a possible competitive advantage of the enterprise during the production process, supply chains, logistics, and skilled management personnel. Conclusion. The development of the information sector is impossible without the creative search for new approaches to problem solving, the design, development and implementation of appropriate software capable of monitoring key performance indicators of the enterprise, strategic and tactical changes in business processes, diagnostics of industry trends and markets for rapid response and problem solving, and weaknesses and the development of new innovative products. To eliminate a number of problems we need to propose the following measures, in particular, the development of appropriate information and communication software. Information provision of quality diagnostics is the basis for evaluation, therefore, in our opinion, perspective information technology development, in particular, methods for diagnosing the quality of organizational structures of management.
