Information-psychological and religious-fundamentalist terrorism - a global problem of our time

Abstract
The article deals with problems of the study of the concept and essence, types and forms of information, psychological, religious — fundamentalist and mental terrorism, the responsibility for terrorism, measures to prevent it. The problems related to the impact of information technology on the types of terrorism are considered. There are presented widely and little known facts of mass information impact on the population.
