INFORMATION SUPPLY FOR STUDY THE PERSONAL PEASANTS FARMS

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the development of practical recommendations for the formation of information support for research of personal peasant farms. Methodology of research. Common methods and techniques are used in the process of carrying out researches: a set of scientific methods of the abstract and logical method (induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparison, formalization and modeling). Findings. It was established that the methodological foundations are based on modern scientifically grounded principles of conducting selective observations, national and international experience of organization of similar surveys. The provisions of the current legislative and regulatory acts, the information needs of public administration bodies and the requirements of international statistical organizations are taken into account in the development. Originality. Reliability of statistical information, which comes from different sources, is estimated and its subjective nature is noted. The necessity of conducting an agricultural census every five years is substantiated. It is determined that the information obtained during the census is needed by specialists engaged in agriculture to develop a program of the sector. The obtained results of the research will help to obtain reliable indicators in monitoring the production of products and other activities of personal peasant farms, which is carried out through the network of institutes of scientific research institute “Ukrainian agro-industrial productivity”. The main features of the observation are ensuring: a high level of reliability of the statistical sample taking into account the influence of natural and climatic conditions, low level of variation of the obtained results. Taking into account the resource of the research institute and the branch network, it is considered appropriate, on the basis of the developed methodology, to optimize the labor-intensive production processes, cost and profitability of the production of the main types of livestock products.
