W artykule zaprezentowano istotę szkolnictwa wyższego w rozwoju przedsiębiorczości w Polsce. Ukazano zmiany zachodzące na przestrzeni ostatnich lat w szkolnictwie i ich znaczenie w kreowaniu przedsiębiorstw opartych na wiedzy. Opisano działalność instytucji i jednostek wspierających rozwój przedsiębiorczości w Polsce.
