ІННОВАЦІЙНА ПАРАДИГМА ФОРМУВАННЯ КОМУНІКАТИВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ ЖУРНАЛІСТІВ

Abstract

In the article the features of the use of educational projects in the process of forming the professional competence of future journalists, an important component of which is communicative, is explored. The features of professional communication of mass media workers are outlined. It was noted that the method of projects occupies a special place as a means of maximizing personality approach to real life and involving it in solving specific problems in the space of interpersonal and business communication and cooperation. The essence of the project technology of training, which provides for systematic and consistent modeling of the training solution of problem situations that requires the participants of the educational process, search efforts aimed at research and development of the optimal ways of their solution (projects), their indispensable public defense and analysis of the results introduction. It is emphasized that the design technologies allow creating a motivational situation for the formation and improvement of language skills in solving problem problems; to intensify the language and speech knowledge of students within the framework of the program material; to form articulation and intonation speech skills during the presentation of a design study; to stimulate individual creative activity when choosing and creating a "project product".
