INNOVATION STRATEGY OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to innovative strategy of enterprise development as one of the main factors of development of enterprise competitiveness. The outcome of any business development depends to a large extent on the portfolio of strategies it chooses and on which tools to use it. Among the main strategies of enterprise development are innovative strategies. An Innovation Strategy is a plan that a company uses to promote technology or services, typically through investing in research and development. An innovative strategy is needed for companies that want to gain a competitive edge. After all, modern market conditions provide a quick rhythm of the product life cycle, and new discoveries are taking place every day, new products are produced. In this article the relevance of the innovation strategy, types of innovation strategies, which are considered by different authors are presented. The problems of this topic, authors who studied the given issue were covered. The main tasks of the innovation strategy are shown. The stages of its formation and principles of construction are considered. Some types of innovative strategies that are used abroad and partly in Ukraine are shown.
