INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Abstract
The study of the main trends in the socio-economic development of society shows that innovation processes have become the basis of scientific and technological progress in all sectors of the world economy, including education. A branch of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Educational Establishment "Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin". The branch activity is purposefully improved and developed: more than ten joint scientific and practical seminars and conferences were held; On the basis of the center diploma and master studies, practical exercises for university students are conducted. The result of further joint creative search was the development of the project "Academy of innovative pedagogical skills". In previous studies, due attention was not paid to the practical training of teachers in the additional education of children and young people in this field, in particular, to the formation of innovative skills in them. The theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the system of these skills are not sufficiently developed. The essence of the project is that in the intercourse period, teachers of additional education are included in the work on mastering the educational program of the Academy of innovative pedagogical skills, aimed at training teachers of additional education to innovative activity, forming their special (innovative) skills that would ensure its rational and effective implementation. In the process of forming teachers of additional education, innovative skills systems are used along with traditional (lectures, practical) and play forms (the didactic game "I am an innovator"). The form of certification of teachers at the end of the project will be the protection of innovative pedagogical work and diagnosis of the degree of formation of the system of innovative skills.
