INNOVATIVE AND INVESTMENT TYPE OF DEVELOPMENT AS A DIRECTION TO IMPROVE INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Purpose. Aim of the article is to develop ways of formation of innovative and investment type of development as a direction to improve internal environment of agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. The research is based on application of general scientific and specific methods of scientific researches. The author refers to fundamental theoretical and methodological regulations, developed by domestic and foreign economic science. In particular, according to the requirements of dialectic method, innovative and investment development of agricultural enterprises is considered in the context of improvement of their internal and external environment. Application of the method of system analysis enabled determination of the main directions of introduction and advancing of innovations at agricultural enterprises. General scientific method of analogies confirmed the conclusion about necessity to apply foreign experience in the field. Findings. The work defines main directions to introduce and advance innovations at agricultural enterprises. It is noted that creation of new genetically modified organisms and marker selection, supplying saving of time and expenses for development of new cultivars of agricultural enterprises and breeds of animals, are the key directions to apply findings of genetic science. The author of the article stresses the necessity to introduce energy and resource saving technologies, which are actively developed in the external environment of agricultural enterprises. Among them, the following are marked, i.e. minimal (Mini-trill) and zero (No-trill) soil tillage, as well Strip-trill and drop irrigation. The research concludes that future agricultural enterprises will perform not as production systems, whose activity is focused on supply at the market of agricultural products and food products. Performing as ecosystems, organically integrated into the ecosystems of a higher order, is a prospective way of their development. Such approach to comprehension of the essence of agricultural enterprises radically changes technical and technological fundamentals of their performance, character of their relations with external environment and formation of internal environment. Improvement of interaction between science and practice is the necessary condition for establishment of innovative and investment type of development. Formation of a system of agrarian technological parks, agrarian business-incubators, etc. is one the most efficient directions to improve organization of science (as a field of innovation development) and practice (as an object of the innovation introduction and advancing). The author of the article considers that it is reasonable to introduce Israel experience of organization of the interaction between applied agrarian science and production, making its adaptation to the domestic conditions. Originality. The author has developed the main directions to introduce and advance innovations at agricultural enterprises, i.e. food, technological and organizational ones, which make one of the elements of scientific novelty. Practical value. The detailed analysis of forms of the interaction between agrarian science and practice in Israel and proposals concerning their introduction in domestic AIC make preconditions for accelerated establishment of innovative and investment type of development of agricultural enterprises.
