Innovative Approaches to Planning Tourist-Recreational Complexes on Recreational Territories

Abstract
The oretical approaches to and practice of the innovative planning/layout, environmental planning, including a high-quality management system for engineering and environmental support in recreational areas, as well as innovative planning methods in the field of organizing «rest technology»from technological and information to new forms of service and modern tourist and recreation infrastructure on the tourist and recreational territories are considered in the article. The recommendations on the formation of a region competitive tourist and recreational branch of economy are grounded on the example of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
