INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIES AS THE CONSEQUENCES OF TRANSBOUNDARY RELATIONSHIP IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
In the article was investigated transborder relations of Transcarpathian region in the context of innovative development of rural territories. The main problems of the borderland rural areas of the region are analyzed and singled out. The rural areas of the border region are identified which can be used to implement projects within cross-border cooperation with the European Union. The analysis of the development of rural areas was carried out and the problematic catalog of the border region was formed. The division of rural areas of the frontier region into groups according to the criterion of key functional activity has been implemented. A number of directions of cross-border cooperation in the context of development of rural areas of the frontier region are proposed.
