INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CITIES AND REGIONS OF UKRAINE AS A RESULT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of the IT sector in Ukraine. The emphasis is on the need to use information technology to provide innovative development of cities and regions. Show the advantages of administrative services in electronic form for the population. Considered the concept of smart city as the main vectors of the innovative development of cities and regions, using IT and computer networks. Show the main criteria to be met by smart city. Characterize the Smart City technologies that are used today in the Ukrainian cities to improve the quality of the population living in them.
