Innovative Development of Engineering Enterprises Based on Noomanagement

Abstract
Based on the general conclusion and processing of scientific achievements the role of noomanagement was defined in the formation and development of nooeconomics. As a result of research and explication of organizational and economic foundations, the content of application of noomanagement to innovative development of engineering enterprises was outlined. The main formation dominants of noomanagement for innovative development of mechanical engineering was proposed and justified: transcendence of micro-management with the integration of meso-and macro-processes; change in the vector of investment support from investment and innovation model to innovation and investment; focus on management of innovation sustainable self-development. The development of methodological basis and methodological tools for the implementation of noomanagement into management technology of innovation development was defined as a promising direction for further research.
