INNOVATIVE DIRECTIONS IN MODERN CONSUMER GOODS PACKAGING

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of packaging of goods, what place in the marketing system has packaging and its importance in the modern world, requirements for the packaging of various products. It was determined, what functions the package performs, how it affects the product, and the consumer’s attitude towards it. It was investigated innovative types and methods of packaging in the world and in Ukraine.
