INNOVATIVE ENVIRONMENT AS A SOURCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF A REGION

Abstract
The article presents the problems of an influence of an innovative environment on the development of a region. It characterizes the idea of a development of a region and the basic factors of such development. The article defines the essence of a regional innovative environment and social conditions of a development of innovativeness.
