Instant Adjusting Bar – a new alternative for retention of overdentures based on implants: A case report

Abstract
The new pre-fabricated Instant Adjusting Bar broadens the treatment options in the prosthetic constructions of bar-supported overdentures in implantoprosthodontics. It can be placed directly and without any tension on each pair of (non)parallel implants or implant analogues on the working cast. The laboratory can immediately make a complete suprastructure that substantially reduces treatment time and costs for the dentist, dental technician and the patient.
