INSTITUTE DEPUTY OF THE LOCAL COUNCIL IN UKRAINE: PERSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article considers promising uses of international experience in the formation of effective institutions of local council deputies Ukraine. Among the countries attention is payed to Switzerland with its developed democracy and efficient system of public admin-istration and local government, the country with the lowest percentage of unemployment and the highest incomes in Europe; Poland – is a former Soviet bloc country, which is similar to the history and culture of Ukraine, but entered the EU and in no time managed to reform the management system and to achieve optimal performance of local governments; Canada is a constitutional monarchy with a democratic parliament, which has the largest Ukrainian diaspora (3 million people of Ukrainian origins of the 31 million popula-tion). Based on the analysis picked out the basic characteristic features that are worth borrowing. Using these borrowings possible improving the mechanisms of functioning of Institute deputy of the local council in particular and of the local government in Ukraine in general.
