INSTITUTE OF PARLIAMENTARY CONTROL: A BASIC FACTOR IN THE FIELD OF CONTROL AFTER THE OBSERVANCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF MAN

Abstract
The article is devoted to research the effectiveness of parliamentary control to protect the rights and freedoms of disabled citizens, including ensuring their right to a fair trial. In the framework of the presented material analyzed existing civil law in Ukraine gaps to protect the rights of incapacitated individual to renew civil capacity and participation of people in decisions that affect them, and proposed solutions to this issue based on the experience of European countries.
