Abstract
The article examines the institutional framework for the realization of human rights and religious freedom. It has been established that the main institutions are government bodies, judicial bodies and civil society institutions. A characteristic of such experience in foreign countries and judicial practice was done. It was determined that the legal provision of the relationship between institutions for the realization of human rights and religious freedom is the priority for improving legislation in this sphere of regulating social relations, which is to establish clear responsibility for the imbalance of this interaction.
