INSTITUTION REGULATION OF THE REPRODUCTION OF CAPITAL OF PORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The formation of market relations, the emergence of economic structures different ownership and funding sources, changes in amortization, investment and taxation policy - all these make it necessary to develop new approaches to the reproduction of capital port enterprises and formation of the institutional environment. Institutional conditions of the reproductive system of port sector should be seen as a set of rules and mechanisms that force businesses to meet these standards. Accordingly, the reproduction of capital regulation of port enterprises should be based on institutional approach by creating an adequate mechanism that can be defined as a set of ways of regulating and stimulating reproduction of capital, united by a common purpose and the methods to achieve efficiency. Domestic institutional environment gets the most significant impact from enterprise environmental factors that are directly related to the regulatory functions of the state, which include fiscal and tax policy, mechanisms of state regulation of market relations, formal and informal rules of regulation of certain markets, the regulatory environment. Formation of modern institutional environment will create favorable conditions for attracting domestic and foreign investments, further structuring economic complex. When institutional conditions are systemic in nature, it contributes to a synergistic effect. Thus, in the interests of developed countries as a businessman, as a society and the state are identical, balanced, contributing to business activity. Institutional conditions for business development and reproduction of capital in Ukraine is not possible to be described as systemic.
