Institutional aspects of changing the vector of regional economic integration of Ukraine as a mechanism of innovation and technological modernization of the national economy and the transition to a new technological structure

Abstract
The economic and social consequences of the European choice of the vector of economic integration of Ukraine and disintegration with the CIS countries are considered. The perspective directions of increasing the export potential of the country and increasing the competitiveness of foreign markets are determined. The results of the analysis identified strategic priorities for restoring Ukraine's former foreign economic potential and reaching the pre–crisis economic development level of 2013 and the transition to a new theological structure. Based on the introduction of advanced international experience, as well as the return to economic policy of 2002–2004, the directions of institutional support for modernization and innovation development of the economy are proposed. The mechanisms for innovation and technological modernization of certain sectors of the national economy in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution (industry 4.0) are proposed.
