INSTITUTIONAL PROVISION OF HERALDIC ACTIVITY IN UKRAINE (IN THE EXAMPLE OF SYMBOLS OF THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MILITARY HISTORY OF UKRAINE)

Abstract
The article highlights the regulatory status of heraldic activities in Ukraine, revealed the legal problems of the process of development and registration symbols, determined possible ways solutions of it. In addition, the concept of symbols “emblem” and “emblem” are analyzed. The content of the stages of the procedure for their registration is disclosed. Requirements for the description of the symbols are given. For the first time the history of the creation of the symbols of the National museum of military history of Ukraine is highlighted. When describing the symbols for scientific circulation information about the mission, goals and functional directions of the museum activity was introduced. The professional way of the author’s collective of symbols of the museum is presented. Further steps for regulatory regulation of the process of development and approval of symbols are identified.
