Institutional support for the implementation of the rights of the disabled: the experience of developed countries and the situation in Ukraine

Abstract
The paper investigates the compliance of domestic legislation with international instruments on the rights of persons with disabilities. We proposed an institutional mechanism. It includes an assessment of the influence factors on the incidence of disability and change attitudes towards people with disabilities, the regulatory framework, the informational basis of social standards and norms of social inclusion of persons with disabilities, the principles of social and human rights model of disability.
