Instrument of strategic partnership: Ukrainian experience

Abstract
The article considers the instrument of strategic partnership and its criteria. During the years of independent, Ukraine declared about 30 countries, its strategic partners, but verification of the list shows that the real partners of Ukraine are the 6 countries: USA, Canada, Germany and Poland. Relations between Ukraine and the Unated States were declared as a strategic partnership in 2008, but a special impulse they received after the events on the Maidan, and the Russian aggression on the East of Ukrain and in the Crimea. USA provides support to our country in confronting the aggressor, and also The United States is foreing creditor of Ukraine. Canada and Ukraine has relations of a special partnership, which in fact have are the strategic partnership. Canada supports Ukraine, and in the future plans toincrease thi support in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres. The relations between Ukrainian and Germany do not have the status of strategic partnership, but they are very important for both sides. Germany successive advocates for preservayion of international sanctions on Russia until the Minsk agreement will be executed. Poland is a strategic partner of Ukraine since 1996, and it protects and lobbying our interests in the EU and NATO.
