Abstract
In the article the tool providing strategic assessment of the national economy. An improvement techniques known SWOT-analysis by combining in one procedure analytical assessments and strategy selection of state regulation of the national economy. The system forming tool SWOT-analysis of the national economy. The requirements for the system tool providing strategic assessment. The system of accounting and analytical instruments, under which the decomposition segment evaluation matrix to the sum of its individual parties to carry out a formal assessment of strategic state regulation of the national economy. Identified and grouped financial and economic statistical tools of strategic evaluation of the national economy. Developed and proposed structural and dynamic matrix of strategic evaluation of the national economy.
