INSUFFICIENCY OF REPRESENTIVE MEASURES AGAINST CORRUPTION, AS A DISPLAYED OF STATE OF A SOCIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the existence of corruption as a certain reflection of the state of a modern social organism, determines the essence of repressive measures and reduces their significance as a means of eliminating corruption risks. An attempt was made to determine the state of the social organism as an integrative force, a determinant of corruption-causing factors. The article is very relevant and timely. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific and special-legal methods of research.
