Insurance period as the basis for the emergence of social-insurance legal relationships

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of insurance period as an element of the legal factual set, necessary for the emergence of social-insurance legal relationships. It has been established that in addition to the insurance period, the employment status of the given type remains valid, in particular regarding the application of retirement pension on preferential terms and seniority pension, which are kinds of special pension provision.
