INTANGIBLE MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract
Human potential, together with financial assets and material property, provides the quality which needs to be recognized and properly activated. The people are different according to their knowledge, abilities, skills and motives, and this basically shapes their behavior and success in achieving the organizational goals. Therefore, human potential management and the human potential are specific and highly complex subjects which need to be approached in a thorough and specific manner. Work productivity, performances, and dedication to the organization are in direct relation with the motivation of employees. The present concepts of motivation systems, motivation techniques and strategies have provided certain results. The employees are becoming more and more educated and they are expecting more, so it is necessary to develop and introduce new motivation techniques, which will with their elaboration and versatility lead to high motivation and satisfaction of employees, and therefore also to better quality of business. The goal of this paper is to show the importance and areas of the intangible motivation of employees. For majority of employees, so called higher order needs, i.e. development and affirmation of own abilities and possibility of autonomy, appreciation, certain status and other things are becoming increasingly important every day. Therefore, research and determination of the intangible areas of motivation are becoming the activities with exceptional importance for the management of the organization
