Integrated approach to managing operating efficiency of the enterprise

Abstract
The article analyzes existing approaches to managing operational efficiency of an enterprise. It is argued that they are mandatory, but not sufficient conditions for its permanent increase in the conditions of the post-industrial economy. Based on the basic provisions of modern managerial concepts, the author's integrated approach to managing the operational efficiency of the enterprise is substantiated.
