Abstract
The modern tendencies of development of the world market of intellectual property are considered in the article. It is noted that the global scientific and technological landscape is dynamic, rapidly changing and interdependent, having undergone significant changes since the beginning of the 21st century. The conclusion is made about the interrelated nature and expansion of international cooperation and competition in the field of intellectual property
