INTELLECTUAL SOCIALIZATION AND INSTITUTIONAL SAFETY OF SERVICES AS MANAGEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR RESPONSIBLE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

Dominants of the development of the modern scientific direction are studied in the article. These modern scientific directions are formed within the limits of tasks of social responsibility and socio-economic responsibility of entrepreneurship. The purpose of the paper is to study the theoretical and applied moments of socio-economic responsibility of entrepreneurial activity of enterprises in accordance with the principles of intellectual socialization, as well as substantiation of expediency of proactive social and economic responsibility on the example of optimization of payments for the received service within the framework of a market transaction. The modern method of formation of proactive for social and economic responsibility is explored. The essence of the method is to prevent conflicts in the management of accounts receivable. The life cycle of customer satisfaction is presented. The tools of practical implementation of the method are offered. Consequently, proactive planning and implementation of the final settlement between the fifth and sixth stages of the customer's satisfaction life cycle will ensure a maximum reduction in the possibility of a break with customer relations. Thus, the main idea of the socio-economic responsibility of entrepreneurship is realized – the formation of business processes of the enterprise on the basis of CSR.
