INTERACTION OF INTERNATIONAL AND NATIONAL LAW IN THE ASPECT OF UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article describes the interaction of international and national law in the aspect of Ukrainian legislation. The main features of relationship between the Constitution of Ukraine and international law have been discovered. The great attention is paid to the evolution of the interaction of international and national law in the Ukrainian legislation. The author of the article also discusses modern trends of the interaction in views of Ukrainian scientists.
