INTERACTION OF INVESTIGATOR AND DETECTIVE DURING OVERCOMING COUNTERACTION TO INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF OFFICIAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of procedural and non-procedural forms of interaction of the investigator with operational employees during the investigation of crimes in the sphere of official activity in the conditions of counteraction. Based on the analysis of the survey of investigators of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor's Office, the most used forms of their interaction with operational personnel were established in order to overcome the counteraction to the investigation of official crimes. Practical recommendations for effective cooperation between the investigator and the operational officer during the investigation of crimes of this kind are given.
