Intercultural education from the organizational point of view

Abstract

The paper concerns the problems of applying intercultural education into enterprises. After the presentation of the definition and essence of the examined issue, the aims and rules of intercultural education have been focused on. Finally, the methods, tools and problems of international education in enterprises have been pointed out and examined as for the consequence for organizational success.
