INTERDEPENDENCE BETWEEN ECO-CONTROLLING, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPANY’S MARKET POSITION: UKRAINE AND EU CASE

Abstract
Drawing on previous theoretical research the article will empirically explore influence of eco-controlling and social responsibility on decision making and on company’s performance in Ukraine and EU. Two principal findings are to be reported. First, this article will exemplify how ecological activities and social responsibility influence company’s investment decision-making. Second, this article will document the effect of these issues on company’s market position. This research addresses four specific goals. First, review of scientific literature on eco-controlling and social responsibility. Second, identify how eco- and social responsibility influence company’s market position. Third, evaluate eco-projects in financial controlling managerial system. Forth, considering all the results, propose future directions for research and application.
