Abstract
Evaluation and interpretations of the results findings in Molecular diagnosis in patients care as well as in clinical research plays a vital role. The usage of various controls; positive, negative, internal controls are very significant for concluding the diagnostics assay’s validity. The current review summarize about the different internal controls and the disease/disorder in which they can be utilized.
