Internal public debt of the independent Ukraine

Abstract
Theoretical aspects of the legal nature and the essence of public debt are considered. Structure of the public debt of Ukraine is studied; specific features and the main trends of formation of internal public debt are revealed. Based on the analysis conducted, priority tasks of the financial policy are determined.
