International economic activity of higher institutions of Ukraine: logic and control of foreign students’ admission process

Abstract
The article investigates the main directions of the international economic activity of the universities in Ukraine: management of the admission preparation for foreign citizens and implementation of educational activity connected with the learning process of foreign students. It investigates the logic and control of foreign students’ admission process. It was established that the set of requirements for the foreigners as the candidates for studying at the national universities is aimed at the qualitative and gross data of foreign students’ admission to the universities, whereas the conception of personnel selection and global search of gifted persons actually don’t work in Ukraine; the efficiency of foreign students’ admission process in the universities of Ukraine is provided only by the organized activity of the governmental structures of Ukraine and for the time being does not depend on the brand of the Ukrainian education.
