INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF POSTCRISIS DEBT POLICY

Abstract
The article examines the question of the international experience of transformation of post-crisis debt policy. The rapid growth of public debt and escalating crisis in the Ukrainian economy has a negative impact on public finances. Research accumulated international experience of effective management of public debt in the developed world will find effective ways to overcome the debt crisis in Ukraine. Significant scientific and practical importance is the analysis of the postcrisis regulation of the debt crisis in Europe. Taking into account international experience and the specific social and economic development of our country can determine the direction of enhancing the efficiency of public debt management in Ukraine.
